Local History
Walton H. Simpson founded the Simpson Construction Company nearly 100 years ago. The Simpson family has worked locally in many occupations including state legislature and school administration.
Today, S. Walton Simpson is proud to continue a family tradition of local service with his boutique real estate brokerage. He has lived and worked extensively in each of Delaware’s three counties.
